(Q) Is this oil Therapeutic grade, medicinal grade or aromatherapy grade?
(A) There is no organization that regulates therapeutic quality. That terms are only for marketing purposes. Actually, NAHA disallows membership to those companies that use these terms.
(Q) Can I apply this oil directly on my skin?
(A) It is always recommended to dilute properly. Undiluted use of essential oils on the skin can be harmful and potentially cause severe irritation or sensitization. Using 2% essential oil dilution is generally considered as a safe guideline for topical application of essential oils on adults.
(Q) Can I ingest?
(A) Do not ingest. It is volatile in nature and can cause vomiting. It is strongly recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women to avoid using rosemary essential oil, as it can affect the fetus or lead to miscarriage.

Free U.S. standard shipping is available on eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of $24.99 or more after discounts and before taxes and shipping. Orders containing gallon-size products or 20 kg beeswax do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping charges apply to the entire order and are calculated at checkout.
Returns
Eligible returns must be requested within 15 days after delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Before returning a product, contact support@us-organic.com with your order details to obtain return authorization. Ship the authorized return within 7 days after authorization using a trackable shipping method.
For customer-preference returns, you are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and actual outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund, including orders that received free shipping. Returns are subject to inspection and refund approval.
Report defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrect products within 7 days after delivery. Qualifying defects and verified errors are handled under the full policy.
