Free shipping on eligible orders $24.99+ after discounts to the contiguous U.S. & DC. Excludes gallon-size items, 45 lb (20 kg) beeswax and parts. Orders containing excluded items are charged shipping for the entire order at checkout. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are not eligible for free shipping; actual shipping is calculated at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Returns
Eligible returns must be requested within 15 days after delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Before returning a product, contact support@us-organic.com with your order details to obtain return authorization. Ship the authorized return within 7 days after authorization using a trackable shipping method.
For customer-preference returns, you are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and actual outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund, including orders that received free shipping. Returns are subject to inspection and refund approval.
Report defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrect products within 7 days after delivery. Qualifying defects and verified errors are handled under the full policy.
Wholesale returns must be requested within 10 days after delivery and receive prior written authorization. International orders are generally final sale and non-returnable, subject to the exceptions in the full policy and applicable law.
